Darkness. One of the most compelling forces, and metaphors, we have. Darkness fascinates me. Here are a few snippets from an online conversation I participated in some time ago, beginning with a quote, then Anabele’s response to it, followed by my reply.
Stones are just a metaphor, as are barbs, knives, bullets and other hurtful manifestations of perception. Metaphors pass through a clear spirit. No harm. No armor or defences required. Unless you allow your mind to manifest them.
Less and less am I concerned with what I or others perceive to be right and wrong good and evil proper and improper beautiful and ugly… These seem to me distractions from the core practices of spirituality: Experience peace Express love
