Follow or browse the God Beauty Perfection Love pin board on Pinterest to keep up to date with postings old and new, or get piqued by the unexpected. I also post items from the GBPL::S Facebook Page to this board.
My newest blog, and the format which has made me something of a prolific poster, averaging better than an entry per day. I create both words and images. On Pix to Words, I use the photographs I shoot as points of inspiration for words. You’ll find a mix of short stories, travelogues, essays and poetry there.
The image-centric Pinterest platform provides an interesting way to browse and search for content. It’s also a pretty cool way to share the things you’ve found. I’ve setup this account to act as a portal to my various postings, social media shares and online stores spread across the web. Every pin there takes you to words, a photograph or a graphic design I’ve created.
Another blog in which I explore my three favourite muses, their influence on myself and others, their beauty, the artists, and the myriad ways in which they help me see the world a little more clearly, a little more beautifully, a little more truly.
Who doesn’t love ☮ & ♡? This began as the more politically gritty “Critical Graphics Shop”, but when I realized peace sign t-shirts and spiritual symbols emblazoned on buttons and stickers were outselling badass political critique… well, just part of the spiritual journey.
A selection of my best travel photographs printed on a variety of media and available for purchase. Archival canvas and posters, framed prints, buttons, stickers and fridge magnets, t-shirts and other apparel….
The legacy travelblogue I began posting in 1995, three years before ‘blog’ became a word. (We called them ‘online diaries’ before that.) It covers several years of extended travel through Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. It also features a good sized photo gallery and some reference materials created in support of the blog entries. Forgive the formatting — it was all hand-coded in the days before WordPress, CSS, plugins and cable modems. Now dormant but for the occasional visitor’s comment.
My channel for hosting music and videos needed for posting to Facebook or my blogs. A growing eclectic collection of Indy, Progressive Rock, Mantras, Folk, Jazz and a few other genres tossed in for good measure.
A support site for the play I wrote and produced for the 2000 Vancouver Fringe Festival.
Imagine: you are an artificial being, imprisoned for being a little bit too human in ways human beings would rather forget. On your journey into the light, you learn to love the darkness. And how to stop being an automaton.
There is a love story, a car chase. …and epiphany.
The New West Writers group meets the third Saturday of every month, primarily to share our work and have it critiqued by other writers. We also perform community services in New Westminster, British Columbia, both for writers and readers. And, we have a blog on which we showcase our writings and post announcements.
